"And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul." (John Muir)
Forest bathing
Get away from room and time.
Feel at ease with nature and yourself.
Take in the forest atmosphere,
and balance body, mind and soul.
The simple art of forest bathing.
Do you need some guidance to practice it?
We open all our senses to the wonderful forest,
being mindful and slow, now and here.
Little thoughts and light breathing and moving exercises
help with the process of relaxation.
We enjoy time to discover and admire,
and feel stronger and calmer
when returning to our everyday life.
Along the way, our immune system gets a lasting boost.
We go out to the forest for 2 - 3 hours and cover a distance of around 5 km. We walk very slowly, stand, sit - and almost regardless of the weather, except storm and strong rain.
Please bring: Safe shoes, very warm and weather-proof clothing, cushion, soft-drink and snack
Please do not bring: anything which distracts attention (dog, camera, active phone)
